TERMS & CONDITIONS
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern participation in the Canik Counter Sales Rewards Program (“Program”). By establishing an account or taking part in the Program to earn or redeem points, you confirm that:
- You have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.
- You meet all stated eligibility requirements.
- By participating, you permit the Sponsor to handle your personal data and disclose it to approved third parties when required.

A. Program Overview
- The Program is sponsored by CANIK USA, LLC (“Sponsor”) and is designed for in-store sales associates at retail locations in the United States that sell Canik firearms (“Participating Retailers”).
- Eligible sales associates (“Participants”) may earn points (“Points”) by submitting Proof of Sale Transactions for qualifying sales of Canik firearms (“Participating Products”).
- To participate, sales associates must complete the application at (____________________ website/hyperlink) and maintain a valid account in the Canik Counter Sales Rewards Program (“Account”).
- Each verified transaction submitted during the Program period will earn Points that can be redeemed for select Canik products.
- All Sponsor decisions regarding the Program, including but not limited to eligibility, point awards, and disputes, are final and binding.
B. Eligibility and Participation
- Participants must:
- Be legal residents of the 50 United States or D.C.
- Be at least 18 years old at the time of registration.
- Be legally permitted to own and possess a firearm.
- The Program is void where prohibited by law. Immediate family and household members of sales associates are not eligible. “Immediate family” includes parents, siblings, children, and spouses, regardless of residence.
- Groups, clubs, businesses, or other organizations are not eligible.
- Each participant may only hold one Account, and pooling Points between individuals is prohibited.
- Registrations must be completed using the participant’s legal name (aliases are not allowed). The email address used at registration will remain linked to the participant’s Account unless changed under exceptional circumstances with Sponsor approval.
- Points are the sole property of the participant and may not be assigned, gifted, sold, or transferred. Points do not carry over if the participant becomes employed by another dealer.
- This Program is intended for sales representatives only. Firearms purchased through the Program may not be purchased, resold, or transferred to the inventory of the participant’s employer unless previously authorized by participant. Violations will result in:
- The participant’s disqualification from the Program,
- The retailer being placed on Canik USA’s “Do Not Sell” list for one (1) year, and
- Ineligibility for future incentive programs.
Participation is limited to sales associates of FFL dealers operating physical retail storefronts. Employees of online-only retailers or distributors are not eligible.
C. Earning Points
- After each qualifying sale, participants must log in to their Account and submit via the Program website:
- A clear, complete image of the original sales receipt with the date of sale visible, and
- The serial number of each firearm, handwritten directly on the receipt.
- Only in-person retail purchases made within the United States are eligible. Receipts must display store name, date, serial number, item descriptions, and prices. Points for each firearm may only be credited to one account.
- Participants must ensure their Account information is accurate and current. If there is an error in Point crediting, participants should contact [email protected]..
- Participants must maintain secure Account credentials. Any fraudulent activity, failure to comply with Terms, or conduct deemed detrimental by Sponsor may result in:
- Termination of Program participation,
- Forfeiture of all Points (including pending orders), and
- Additional legal or equitable remedies.
- Participants are responsible for reviewing both their Account statements and these Terms to remain informed about their status, rights, and responsibilities.
- Points:
- Have no cash value,
- Confer no vested rights,
- Are not redeemable for cash, and
- Cannot be transferred, assigned, or inherited under any circumstances.
D. Redeeming Points
- Points may be redeemed for Rewards listed in the official rewards catalog (_____________________). Rewards are offered while supplies last and are not guaranteed to remain available.
- Redemption procedures and requirements will be posted at (____________________).
- The Sponsor makes no express or implied warranties regarding any Reward, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
- All Rewards are subject to availability and may have location-based or age restrictions. Participants are responsible for confirming their eligibility to receive a selected Reward.
E. Taxes
Participants are responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes related to Rewards. A Form 1099 will be issued (after completing IRS Form W-9) for Rewards totaling $600 or more in a calendar year.
F. Account Inactivity
Sponsor may remove all Points from an inactive account. Inactivity is defined as no login activity, Proof of Sale submissions, point accrual, or redemptions during a specified time period. Points forfeited due to inactivity are not eligible for cash refunds, credits, or reinstatement.
G. Program Modification or Termination
- Sponsor may modify, suspend, or terminate the Program or these Terms at any time, with or without notice. Changes may impact a participant’s ability to earn or redeem Points. Continued participation after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
- Sponsor may shorten, extend, or end the Program at its discretion. Upon termination, Sponsor will provide notice of the final date for earning and redeeming Points. Remaining Points after that date will be forfeited without compensation.
- Sponsor may extend the Program period without notice. Points will automatically carry over into any extension.
H. General Terms and Conditions
- By participating, you agree to release and indemnify Sponsor, its affiliates, representatives, and agents from any liability for claims, losses, injuries, or damages (including death) related to:
- Program participation,
- Reward use or misuse,
- Improper sale or marketing of firearms related to the Program, or
- Any Program-related activity.
- Program Parties and their affiliates assume no responsibility for:
- Technical issues (hardware/software failures, connectivity problems, corrupted transmissions, system outages, etc.),
- Unauthorized interference (hacking, tampering, viruses, theft),
- Lost, delayed, misdirected, or intercepted communications,
- Errors (printing, typographical, human, or system-related). Use of Program websites is at the participant’s own risk.
- Participants waive any rights to punitive, incidental, or consequential damages, and claims must be resolved individually (not via class actions). Any awards are limited to actual out-of-pocket costs, excluding attorney’s fees.
- Sponsor may suspend or revoke participation at any time.
- Sponsor is not responsible for incorrect information provided by participants or technical problems with participant equipment.
- Any attempt to undermine Program operations may result in criminal and civil penalties.
- Participants must keep their contact details accurate and ensure access to their registered email.
- No personal information collected through the Program will be sold or shared with third parties other than sponsor affiliates. However, Sponsor and its affiliates may use a participant’s name, image, or voice for promotional purposes without compensation (where lawful).
- These Terms are governed by Florida law. Participants consent to jurisdiction in Palm Beach County, Florida.
- Sponsor’s failure to perform due to acts of God, government orders, pandemics, or other events beyond its control shall not be considered a breach. If such events last more than 60 days, Sponsor may terminate the Program without further obligations.
- Sponsor’s failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver unless agreed to in writing.
